Aww man I don’t know where to start! First I made a very bad decision to drive while I toxicated. Ms Stuart told me the only was to keep my cdl was to beat the case and that she would do everything she could to do just that. She was patient and was making adjournments and putting in motions to make prosecutors provide all evidence against before taking a deal. Long story short the prosecutor didn’t stand a chance with ms Stuart by my side! In the end I was able to keep my cdl and continue my career and leave the bad decision I made behind me thanks to ms Stuart. I highly recommend her services!

Ms. Stuart is best attorney I’ve ever came across with, and I’ve had quite a few. Ms. Stuart very knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and really care about each client she represents. I was so blessed to have Ms. Stuart take my case. I just wanted to say I had 7 motor vehicle violation, Ms. Stuart had 6 of them dismissed so pleaded guilty to one. I wasn’t quite sure how to begin writing this review because I did not want it to sound like any other review… Why? The fact is Kimberley is unlike any attorney I have met. Through my experience and the experiences of clients that I have recommended to her, we strongly advocate the use of her services. From my initial contact with her until the final day of my case (due to the court system, my case lasted about two years!), she has kept me informed and updated with everything… Rescheduling, confirming court dates and times, purpose of each court appearance, what my options were, what the repercussions were, she explained everything to me in layman’s terms with details. Kimberley is a professional, kind, informative, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, tenacious, experienced attorney. Step-by-step, for the whole 2 year process, I had access to her and her paralegals. I communicated with her via emails, texts and phone calls… Yes, I had her personal cell phone number. Of course she has many other clients, therefore, I did not expect her to respond to me at a moment’s notice every time, but she always got back to me in a timely manner and she always made me feel like I was her only client. I hired her to represent my son who was facing a laundry list of charges. To complicate things further, he was on PTI which was being violated as well. In the beginning, my son was arrested and was held in county jail. At the time we had chosen to stick with the public defender—who had stated that my son would have to spend the duration of his trial behind bars. We found that to be unacceptable so we retained Kimberley. Kimberley was able to get him bail promptly. She managed to have almost all charges dropped and was able to get him probation. She negotiated aggressively and landed us a fair deal. I strongly recommend Kimberley. I consulted many attorneys before I retained Kimberley. Some of them gave off a greedy vibe which made me downright uncomfortable. She’s not like that all. She even counseled my son along the way (which he greatly needed).

Me, my wife and our daughter would like to thank Kimberley for her professional services. She represented our daughter in traffic violation case that was very serious. This case was very peculiar and had many turns as discovery and more details came out. Kimberley was by our side and represented us all the way to the end until the case was pretty much dropped. My son had a VOP and we needed a lawyer to represent him. From the first day we spoke, she made time for us and was kind. She explained to us step by step what we should expect. She was human and showed real concern. She represented us on the criminal case and was able to have all the criminal charges dropped. And her portion was finished. The case was referred back to the juvenile court which does not require her apperarance. That last day of court she was not even supposed to be there but there was a few unfortunate turns of events and my son could have been held in contempt of court and put in jail. I called her and she dropped everything to come to court to meet us. Ms Kimberley was great and brought the case to a close that day. I will be forever grateful.

Kimberley Stuart is the best attorney I’ve ever used!!!! She was very caring and very professional and she went beyond the call of duty to help me see my children again. I want to start off saying, hands down Kim is absolutely amazing. I had to get my record expunged in order to get my real estate license. I used Kim, she did it in 30 days and was very easy to work with. I didn’t have an complications. I had Kim represent me on a number of felony charges including possession, distribution, violations of probation, theft, shoplifting and FTAs. Not only was she able to consolidate most of my charges, but she was able to get me the most minimal sentences for each without having to go to prison and she was even able to get some of them dropped. What Kim was able to do best was her ability to make me feel comfortable and she constantly kept me well informed of what was going on. After all my charges were resolved, she even helped me get my license restored and all my traffic violations taken care of. Ive dealt with numerous attorneys in my past, and she is by far the best. Wonderful lawyer and an even BETTER human being! My dumb son was caught with “weed” and we needed a lawyer. Found Kimberley through a legal service and she was WONDERFUL from day one!! Totally ACCESSIBLE, friendly and warm but also TOUGH AS NAILS and will go to bat for you in court! She even “texts” clients for convenience which made my son call her “hip” LOL! Her paralegal named Sam is just as GREAT, he is helpful and willing to talk you down when you are FREAKING OUT and explain things in lay-men’s terms. There is always someone in the office to answer the phone and talk even if you have DUMB QUESTIONS like me LOL and best of all they don’t treat you like a moron!!!! Kimberley got my son a great deal in court to dismiss his charges and also sat down and talked to him about his future and making better choices. How many lawyers do you know who would take the time to do that?? CANNOT RECOMMEND KIMBERLEY AND HER TEAM HIGHLY ENOUGH!
